Logically I'd give it 3 stars because of some basics missing: - no tissue box (I asked because I had a runny nose and all they had were table napkins or toilet paper) - no hair dryer (no drama, but handy and at that level it's usually standard) - no mini fridge (so not possible for us to store milk for our tea) - tea cup missing - they charge you for water if you ask for more..... - shower randomly purges itself in the middle of the night But I can't bring myself to click on the 3 stars because the staff were wonderful and genuinely friendly, the room is stunning, bath is fit for royalty, the WiFi is exceptional and the bed is super comfy. It was also completely silent at night - one of the best places we stayed in all of Mexico! Oh and it's a great location!
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel and superior suit is beautiful and spacious. The location is great and walking distance from the Cathedral and many restaurants. I also loved how clean and quiet the hotel was and the staff was very kind and provided great service.

This hotel is beautiful and very safe place to stay the night or the vacation . It’s near the center and everything is close by. Everything is a walking distance ! Cleanliness 10/10 Service 10/10 Coffee 10/10 Rooms 10/10 It’s a great atmosphere very calm place I’ll come back
This is a beautiful hotel! The location is excellent only 2 blocks to the main center.
The hotel is beautiful, modern, clean and welcoming. They kept the original brick walls mixed with modern style. The bathroom is huge, but the only thing I would complaint about (minor thing) is the need of a handle or hook to hang the towel after showering - we had to come out of the shower wet to get the towel. Service was great. Don’t forget to go to the roof for a terrace view of the city - specially at night.

I was here for a party but if I would have known sooner of this place without a doubt I would have booked a room here it is very trendy and chic in the inside and yet on the outside is very rustic so there's Beauty on both sides of the hotel the staff is very friendly I highly recommend it
